Find a practice
That naturally takes you out of your thinking mind,
Like walking, jogging, swimming.
I do it on a treadmill or while walking outside
along a river, lake, or forest path.
Just get into it
And concentrate/focus entirely and wholeheartedly
on what u r doing, letting everything else
go right by.
God and Buddha are right there, whoever you like,
I promise you,
Within the very heightened immediacy
Of nowness-awareness.
