“Finding yoga, finding vipassana meditation, but also plant medicine, has been a huge part of the medicine bag that has allowed me to reconnect to my joy and my aliveness and a feeling of freedom and liberation in this capacity that I am in partnership with the university, co-dreaming my reality into being. That is really significant for somebody who comes from my particular background, to feel that level of agency returning to my heart again.” – Dr. Sará King
