Meet Fred (Opening) – Baron-Reid talks about her inspiration for writing Uncharted. She recounts a fascinating experience of tuning into other realms during meditation and the impression it left on her.
Colette shares insight she received that day about the process of co-creation. She talks about her early path to recovery from drug addiction and how it led her to the metaphysical world.

Your Soul is Calling, Please Pick Up (14:20) – Chris and Colette talk about our partnership with the soul. That soul gets pushed down by the ego until we let go and allow it to take center stage.
“The new normal is uncertainty, but can we give that up for the uncharted seas of the divine. Where we don’t know what is best for us. We just have to show up and surrender to it.”
Awakening the Body and Mind (21:20) – Uncharted offers a number of exercises that aim to integrate the teaching through experience. Baron-Reid takes us through an exercise aimed at getting out of identification with an emotional state.
Inner Oracle (35:00) – Colette teaches that everyone is born with the natural gifts of the oracle. This comes in the form of intuition and can be used as a tool to guide us. She walks us through an exercise that teaches us to tune into our inner truth.
Fate or Destiny? (47:20) – Baron-Reid discusses the difference between fate and destiny. Fate is that which we cannot change. Destiny, on the other hand, is what we create from fate. She talks about how she changed her destiny by devoting herself to healing and the spiritual path.
