RamDev – Healing at the Edge – Ep. 90 – Who Meditates?

Soften devotion and open to the idea of life as meditation with RamDev as he teaches us about seeing God in everything.

In this episode of the Healing at the Edge podcast, RamDev helps us discover being less rigid with meditation, loving like Christ, and embodying awareness in daily life.

“Instead of using meditation as a duty, something we are using to try and fix things, can it be this much softer accepting way of moving into innate tenderness?” – RamDev
