Chapter 1 - Why Do We Have a Spiritual Practice? (starts June 5th)

Chapter 2 - How to Make Friends with Suffering (starts June 12th)

Chapter 3 - How to Practice Non-Judgmental Mindfulness (starts June 19th)

What’s the point of having a spiritual practice and how do we start?

In this section, our teachers will explain the importance of developing a spiritual practice so we can gain a new perspective on life.

Resistance to suffering and uncomfortable conditions is a common human experience.

In Chapter 2, we look at suffering as means to deepening our relationship with ourselves. From there we can begin to transmute our suffering into the inspiration that opens our hearts more deeply.

Mindfulness is a common lifestyle topic, but what is it really all about?

In Chapter 3, we look at how observing our habitual patterns can facilitate a personal transformation through practicing Mindfulness.

Chapter 4 - Discovering Your True Nature through Surrendering to the Moment (starts June 23rd)

Chapter 5 - The Most Integral Component of Compassion (starts June 27th)

Chapter 6 - How to Use this Information in Your Daily Life (starts July 1st)

Now that we have acknowledged the various components of our human experience, what do we do about it?

In Chapter 4, we begin by looking at Surrender and how we can embrace it within ourselves as the missing piece to unity and love. As we begin to establish love, faith, and trust, we can then integrate our full emotional and mental spectrum.

Courage means cultivating a heartfelt relationship with life.

In Chapter 5, we look at Courage and how it is an integral component in expressing compassion to others. When we can create a dynamic of inner abundance in our lives, it can become a superpower. From there we can live with enough love for ourselves and others, and not feel depleted.

This is where the rubber meets the road in our spiritual life.

In Chapter 6, we'll take a closer look at the variety of methods one can utilize for a practice. With intention, we plant our karmic seed and we look at how one's spiritual life works in our practical day-to-day lives.
